Thursday Shifts
Thursday Night Shifts 3:30 pm – 9:00 pm or 5:00 pm- 10:00 pm(Dinner Meal Provided by Club)

Friday Day Shift 10:30 am – 4:30 pm (Dinner Meal Available)
• Set-Up
Friday Night Shift 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Dinner Meal Available)
• Cashiers
• Check-Out Manager

• Gym Floor Coordinators
• Holding Area Workers
• Shift Manager
• Tag Cutters in Gym
• Tag Cutters in Large Equipment

Saturday Shifts
Saturday Morning Shift 7:30 am – 12:30 pm and 9:30 am- 2:30 pm(Lunch Meal Available)
• Gym Floor Coordinators
• Holding Area Workers
• Tag Cutters/Cashiers
• Tag Cutters in Gym
• Tag Cutters in Large Equipment
Saturday Double Shift 7:30 am – 2:30 pm
Shift may end earlier if afternoon clean-up goes fast!

• Advertising
• Call All Sellers/Remind and Advise
• Call New Sellers/Coach and Advise
• Call Previous Sellers Not Registered
• Dads to help with Security/Furniture/ Large Equipment
(Done during Shift Friday Night, Saturday AM, Saturday PM)
• Deliver Flyers
• Make Copies of Sale Flyers
• Move Inventory from Storage to Rhodes Jordan Community Center
• Move Inventory from Rhodes Jordan Community Center to Storage
• Pick Up All Yard Signs
• Pick-up, Deliver, and Return Tables
• Pick-up, Deliver, and Return Tents
• Post All Yard Signs
• Provide Boxes
• Spanish Interpreter (Done during shift Saturday AM and Saturday PM)
• Stamp and Mail Postcards
